We offer Health Screening services here at our Clinic or at your home* or place of work*.

We will provide you with a comprehensive Health & Lifestyle Screening questionnaire to identify if you are risk from the common conditions such as Diabetes, Cancer & Stroke.  If we believe you to be at serious risk we may refer you for further tests.
